Dillon Eustace is one of Ireland’s leading law firms focusing on financial services, banking and capital markets, acquisitions, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and taxation. The firm first came on board with Keyhouse in January 2008 when they replaced their AXXIA Practice Management system with SAM4 Accounts, Time Recording, Bill Drafting and Cheque Requisitions. Keyhouse converted all of their client and matter historical data including WIP from the AXXIA System. Based on the successful Accounts conversion and implementation of Time Recording and Bill Drafting, in August 2010, the firm decided to implement Keyhouse Case and Document Management in its Litigation Department. The main focus was to ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents and emails for the department were being assigned to the firm’s increasing caseload. The key to achieving this was to implement the Keyhouse Scanning module to scan their incoming post. A simple workflow was also introduced so that fee earners and support staff could easily and quickly follow a department standard.
