Naturally, a double-merger like this brought great opportunities for the firm, but it also provided big challenges too. Top of the list was the integration of the four branch offices with the head office in Ormand Quay. That’s where Keyhouse has really been able to help: In conjunction with their IT Supplier, we provided a remote desktop services solution that allows Ferry staff to access applications and data on any remote computer over a network. All of the Keyhouse software and data is stored and operated from the Ormand Quay office.
The result is that all 22 employees can operate the Keyhouse Practice Management system from five different locations in Dublin and this gives the partners full visibility of the practice’s caseload in real-time.
