Bourke, Carrigg & Loftus in Ballina, Co. Mayo have selected Keyhouse Case Management to replace their OPSIS Case Management system.

Pierse & Fitzgibbon, an existing Keyhouse client have implemented the latest version of Keyhouse Composite Billing & Time Recording. This integrates with their existing Keyhouse SAM Accounts, Case Management and Fee Earner Desktop, which has greatly improved their billing procedure.

Having evaluated a number of different Digital Dictation systems on the market, Coghlan Kelly who are a new client to Keyhouse have chosen Keyhouse Digital Dictation to replace their existing Dictaphone Digital Dictation system.

Based on the successful AXXIA Accounts conversion to SAM4 in 2008, two years later in August 2010 the firm decided to implement Keyhouse Case and Document Management in its Litigation Department.

The NCLC provides free information, advice and representation to individuals who otherwise would not be able to get legal services. Having researched the market and evaluated a number of Document and Case Management systems the NCLC chose Keyhouse as their preferred Case Management supplier to help manage their work load.

MGM Solicitors who converted from Harvest Accounts to Keyhouse Accounts in 2007 have also chosen to convert from EXPD8 to Keyhouse Case Management. As part of the conversion process, Keyhouse will be bringing over all the firms documents and diary entries ensuring they have access to historical data.

Maurice Leahy Wade & Co. Solicitors, a long standing Keyhouse SAM Accounts user have recently invested in Keyhouse Digital Dictation and Document Management along with the Debt Collection Module.

This new tool automates the task of generating a brief to counsel saving firms time and money. It amalgamates all the required documentation in chronological order into its relevant sections, complete with a cover page, table of contents and pagination.
