Keyhouse have joined forces with C Infinity and have embarked on a project to offer the tried and tested SAM Accounts system on a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis, where the application is provided as a service to customers across the internet on a fixed monthly charge.

Stone Solicitors, a long standing Keyhouse client has recently invested in Keyhouse Digital Dictation to take advantage of the systems integration with Keyhouse Case Management, enabling you to dictate and link all dictations directly to a case.

Having evaluated a number of different systems on the market, William Fry have chosen Keyhouse as their preferred Case Management supplier for their Debt Collection division.

Keyhouse has attracted a number of new clients over the last few months with its special ‘Law office Start -Up Package’ which includes SAM Accounts and Document Management. New firms who have recently implemented this package include Mark Cooney Solicitors, Trevor Dunne & Co. and Freehill Solicitors.

O’Doherty Warren & Associates, a long standing Keyhouse client has recently replaced Dictaphone with Keyhouse Digital Dictation enabling the firm to take full advantage of the systems integration with Keyhouse Case Management. This allows dictations to be made directly to a case increasing document turnaround time.

The firm chose to replace EXPD8 with Keyhouse Case Management and Desktop. Data to include documents and file histories from EXPD8 was converted over to Keyhouse. The firm went live in July.

The firm have been using Keyhouse Accounts since April 2008 when they converted from Safe Law. They have now implemented Keyhouse Document Management and Digital Dictation.

Patrick Sheehan Solicitors, a new firm recently set up in Galway has chosen Keyhouse as their Practice Management System Supplier and will be using the full suite of software.
